Site Supervisor / Manager & Working Supervisor (Carpentry Bias)

£50,000 – £60,000 + package (depending on experience)

We are working with a well established high end residential contractor delivering bespoke refurbishment projects across Prime Central London. With a strong pipeline of repeat business from longstanding private clients, they are now looking to appoint two individuals to support delivery across live and upcoming schemes.

Current projects are based in Prime Central London locations, involving high quality refurbishments for private clients. These schemes demand an exceptional standard of finish and close attention to detail.

Please Note: Prime Residential experience is prerequisite for both positions.

They are seeking:

* A Site Supervisor / Site Manager

* A Working Supervisor with a carpentry or joinery background

Role Overview

Both positions will work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standard. The exact split of responsibilities will depend on experience, but broadly:

* The Site Supervisor / Manager will take responsibility for coordination, programme management and subcontractor control on projects to £1.2m

* The Working Supervisor will be more hands-on, supporting delivery on site while assisting with supervision duties under a SSM/PM on larger projects to £5m.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in managing and driving the construction programme

* Ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard

* Coordinate subcontractors to maintain programme and quality

* Identify and manage snagging throughout the project lifecycle

* Maintain site records including diaries and labour returns

* Support site setup, welfare, and daily site procedures

* Assist with RFIs and variations, ensuring all instructions are recorded

* Support site H&S management in line with CDM regulations

* Review RAMS and ensure compliance

* Carry out inspections and toolbox talks where required

Requirements

* Experience in high end residential refurbishment projects

* For the Working Supervisor: carpentry or joinery background strongly preferred

* Strong eye for detail and quality of finish

* Computer literate with ability to manage site records
