Position Overview

You will be a highly confident and analytically minded individual with a data-oriented mindset. A level of experience with managing data model would be beneficial, but being “data curious” is the key requirement combined with real-world experience in the hospitality industry.

As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with Fourth’s Customer Success team and existing customers to optimize the usage of current Ai tools and work closely with our Product team to support the Operational Acceptance Testing and wider knowledge sharing of new Ai capabilities. You will work with our Enterprise Sales team to highlight opportunities for large scale customers through maximised ROI by using Ai capabilities within the Fourth product suite.

You will partner with customers to understand their operations, identify opportunities for AI-enhanced forecasting and labour optimisation, and translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role that requires both technical knowledge and understanding coupled with the ability to communicate with confidence at all levels of a business.

This role may involve site visits to customer locations; therefore, flexibility of working hours and the ability to adapt to our customers’ requirements are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analysing customer data to identify variances and outliers in the Ai forecasting, usage data and other Ai capabilities, i.e. Auto-scheduling, Predictive Inventory, Suggested Ordering.

  • Applying pattern recognition techniques to interpret complex datasets, enabling accurate forecasting and scheduling recommendations tailored to each customer’s specific operating model.

  • Interpreting AI and machine learning model outputs to ensure they are applied correctly within forecasting workflows, adapting models as new data becomes available and learning from past prediction errors.

  • Communicating AI-generated insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and with Fourth Customers, translating technical model outputs into plain language that supports confident decision-making.

  • Supporting the pre-sales cycle for Enterprise accounts by demonstrating the value of Fourth’s AI capabilities to prospective customers, working closely with commercial teams to maximise sales success and deal size.

  • Supporting the deployment of new Ai capabilities across the Fourth solution set; working with Product to complete operational verification and wider enablement for the Services function.

  • Collaborating with Project Management, Customer Success, and technical specialist teams at each phase of the customer journey to ensure seamless delivery and resolution of any challenges.

  • Sharing AI analytics knowledge, methodology, and best practices across the Professional Services team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications

  • Operational or analytical experience within the hospitality sector, ideally with exposure to workforce scheduling, demand forecasting, or labour cost management.

  • Experience working with AI or machine learning models in a professional context, including interpreting outputs and communicating findings to non-specialist audiences.

  • Familiarity with Fourth’s solutions or comparable hospitality technology platforms is advantageous.

  • Proven experience consulting with customers to solve complex operational problems through data-driven and technology-based solutions.

  • Strong analytical, logical, and creative thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail and a drive to deliver to standards of excellence.
