Role Information
The school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3–KS4. The role involves working closely with class teachers to support learning, delivering targeted interventions, and providing one-to-one or small group support where needed.
You will also assist students with additional learning needs, help maintain a positive classroom environment, and contribute to students’ academic and personal development.

• Experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting
• Patient, supportive, and flexible approach
• Strong communication skills
