A prestigious, academic secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea with an outstanding Sixth Form is seeking a Physics Teacher to join their Science Department from January 2026. This role involves a high proportion of challenging KS5 teaching .

The role involves teaching KS5 Physics (A-Level/IB), focusing on advanced mechanics and thermodynamics . You'll be expected to design and execute challenging practical tasks , lead academic extension sessions , and contribute to the school's Oxbridge preparation programme for Science applicants.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS and a degree in Physics (Masters degree highly desirable)
- Proven ability to teach and achieve A-A grades at A-Level Physics
- Experience or capacity to mentor students for competitive engineering entrance exams
- Commitment to maintaining a stimulating and rigorous classroom environment
