Rejoignez la MRC de La Haute-Yamaska en tant que Directeur du Service de Planification du Territoire. Ce poste stratégique mobilise votre expertise en urbanisme et développement durable.
Sous la supervision de la direction générale adjointe, ce rôle vous engage à planifier, organiser et superviser toutes les activités du service. Vous êtes le moteur de la mise en œuvre des orientations de développement, garantissant une planification efficace de notre territoire. Avec vos compétences en analyse des enjeux territoriaux et réglementaires, vous formulerez des recommandations clés à la direction et au conseil de la MRC.
Principales Responsabilités:
• Assurer la mise en œuvre des projets d’aménagement territorial
• Analyser les enjeux financiers et organisationnels
• Coordonner les projets de mobilité et de développement régional
• Superviser la mise à jour des documents de planification
• Collaborer avec les municipalités et partenaires régionaux
Exigences:
• Diplôme en urbanisme ou domaine connexe
• 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, 2 ans en gestion
• Connaissance du milieu municipal et des régulations
• Compétences en géomatique et IA, un atout
• Leadership et capacités d’analyse éprouvées
