Health and Safety Supervisor
London - Full time

We are seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to support the operational team across our London sites. You will play a key role in ensuring health and safety compliance, leading day-to-day safety initiatives, and providing administrative support to management and staff.
What you'll do:
- Conduct daily floor walk audits and workplace inspections.
- Review and investigate incidents and near misses.
- Support and deliver health and safety training, including inductions for new staff.
- Maintain accurate records and safety documentation.
- Promote a safety-first culture across all departments.
- Ensure site signage and compliance with corporate standards.
- Act as the site Health & Safety Ambassador and attend relevant meetings.
What you'll bring:
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in a health and safety role within a large, multi-site environment.
