Audit Partner - TMT
Our client is a leading accountancy firm with a substantial presence in the UK, known for delivering outstanding service across various industries. The London office is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Audit Partner to join their team, focusing on clients within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. As an Audit Partner, you will have a key role in overseeing a diverse client portfolio within the TMT sector, ensuring top-tier audit quality and leading a talented team of professionals. This position calls for substantial industry knowledge, robust commercial skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of TMT clients, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits, managing risk and ensuring audit quality.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, providing strategic advice and identifying business development opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other partners and senior management to support the strategic direction of the firm.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring the firm's services adapt to market changes.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
- Extensive experience working with clients in the TMT sector.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and leading successful audit engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
