Administrative assistant quality & risk management (Hiring Immediately)

Join our team as a quality & risk management administrative assistant in Lausanne, Friborg or Neuchâtel (start date to be defined). your mission Role of acceptance officer (follow-up of client/mandate acceptance procedures and relations with the AOs of the group) Technical consultations in relation to ethics and independence Participation in various monitoring and quality control works Updates to quality assurance manuals Participation in the preparation of files/reports for regulators Assistance to the country risk manager Management and maintenance of various lists Organization and participation in internal training “Ethics & Independence“ Your profile You have solid professional experience as a compliance officer or administrative assistant in the legal sector (minimum 3 years) You have legal knowledge (an asset) You have excellent knowledge of English (German is an asset) You master the usual computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility and dynamism You have good adaptability and you are solution oriented Your values are our values!
