Strategic Partnerships Development Manager
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager with strong experience in business development, partnership management, and commercial strategy. In this role, you will build and manage high-value relationships with app developers and digital partners, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive revenue growth across a fast-paced and evolving ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with product, legal, sales, and operations teams to deliver exceptional partner outcomes and support long-term strategic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including onboarding, account planning, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and ongoing partnership development.
- Lead negotiations and support contracting, collaborating closely with legal teams to review, draft, and refine commercial documents.
- Develop partnership strategies, identifying new opportunities, evaluating potential partners, and conducting market and competitive analysis.
- Support app developer and partner success, providing strategic recommendations to improve performance, maximise revenue, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to support partner needs and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Monitor partner performance, analysing data, producing insights, building forecasts, and reporting on key business metrics.
- Drive strong communication and stakeholder management, ensuring effective engagement with both internal teams and external partners.
Required Skills (Must-Haves)
- Business development or partnerships experience within a commercial, digital, or technology-focused environment.
- Negotiation and contracting experience, including the ability to review, draft, and refine legal or commercial documents with legal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with third-party partners and cross-functional internal teams.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Knowledge of the ads ecosystem, including Search advertising, Display advertising, and Video advertising.
- Experience with mobile app monetisation or ad-based business models (e.g., ad mediation platforms, developer tools, revenue optimisation).
- Professional background in management consulting and/or investment banking, demonstrating comfort in high-pressure environments, analytical decision-making, and senior-level stakeholder interaction.
