Electrical Mobile Engineer

This role requires an experienced professional who is adept at maintaining and repairing various building systems while being mobile across different locations within London.

Responsibilities

• Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults in electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to solve complex technical issues.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards during maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

• Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer.
• Competency in working with M&E equipment, basic electrical and plumbing works.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
