KS2 Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for KS2 students.
· Implement a variety of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners.
· Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting targets.
· Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the KS2 curriculum.
· Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
· Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
· Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities as required.
KS2 Teacher Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Proven experience teaching KS2 students in a primary school setting.
· Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
· Commitment to professional development and best teaching practices.
· Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
