JNCO Enablement
Subject to formal establishment a vacancy may arise for a Cpl (People Ops Pers (Spt)) to serve as JNCO Enablement at Air Command on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of being not before 02 February 2026. Working from home full time is an option with the required occasion to support boarding requests.
Brief description of role:
- Provide direction and advice on all Tri-Service JPA related matters across HQ UK Space Command and its Force Elements.
- Support SNCO J1 during any boardings required for Honours and Awards report alignment and any other boarding taskings.
- Produce Tri-Service HR and any Infra related briefing materials as required for normal BaU.
- Co-ordinate the DWR and FGen management for UK Space command and its Force Elements maintain the DWR and FGen position reports/register and act as interlocutor between A1 Ops and UK Space Command.
- Co-ordinate all Honours & Awards submissions and assist SNCO J1 and SO3 Enablement to ensure all submissions are iaw policy and deadlines.
- Act as Deputy Establishment Advisor for UKSpCmd. Ensure ECRs are processed iaw sS TLB policy. Advise SLT of any discrepancies.
- Co-ordinate and deliver any training serials for UKSpCmd SLIM Establishment Advisors.
- Co-ordinate the arrivals process and ensure the HR AOR is up to date manage the delivery of arrivals briefs and co-ordinate internal and external speakers.
- Deputise for SNCO J1 as required.
