About the Role

As a Year 3 Teacher , you will play a vital role in guiding pupils through this exciting stage of Key Stage 2, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning, while supporting each child to reach their full academic and personal potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons that challenge and motivate pupils.

  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support continued development.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reflective teacher who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 , ideally Year 3.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom practice and a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
  • Is dedicated to supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
  • Brings creativity, empathy, and professionalism to every aspect of their work.
