The role

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our team here at The London Clinic.

If you're a natural relationship-builder with a spark for sales and a genuine understanding of healthcare, this is your chance to make a real impact at one of London's most respected private hospitals. In this role, you'll be out and about across the capital, building trusted relationships with private and NHS GPs, championing our consultants and services and turning conversations into confident referrals that deliver outstanding patient outcomes. You don't need to be a seasoned BDM heavyweight, but you do need that 'salesability', resilience and a proactive mindset, plus a solid grounding in hospitals and patient pathways (NHS, private or self-pay). From hosting GP events and webinars to spotting new practices, managing key accounts and opening new doors, this is a varied, people-facing role where ambition is encouraged, personality counts, and progression is very real, all while helping GPs feel confident they're making the very best recommendations for their patients.
