Bar Manager (Hiring Immediately)

We're looking for a dynamic & charismatic Bar Manager to join our team.


Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.


Salary – Base salary £35,000 per annum + service charge (Circa £15,000 per annum)

What you'll be doing as a Bar Manager:
● Manage the bar, oversee daily bar operations on all 4 floors, ensuring smooth service at pace, whilst maintaining high standards.
● Inspire and manage a team of bartenders, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
● Develop and maintain an exciting drink menu, create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for our guests.
● Monitor stock levels, keep track of stock usage and place orders when required.
● Mentor and train bar staff to improve their skills and provide them with opportunities to grow within the company.
● Work closely with the management team to implement new ideas that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.


About you, our new Bar Manager:
● Proven experience as a bar manager in a high-end high-volume venue.
● Advantageous if you have previous experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and develop a diverse team.
● Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
● A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
