• Qualifications: Candidates must hold UK or US financial qualifications , as these are the firm’s primary client demographics.
• Experience: Prior experience as a Financial Adviser or Paraplanner, with solid expertise in UK or US pensions and investments .
• Skills: Strong IT proficiency and organizational abilities are essential.

Requirements:

• On-site in Spain: You must have an EU passport or residence and/or Spanish NIE card. For remote propositions, no Spanish ties or residence required.
• Demonstrated success in wealth management or financial advisory roles.
• Efficient time management skills with a capacity for autonomous work.
• Strong communication abilities enabling effective engagement with diverse individuals.
• High levels of ambition and a drive to achieve success.
• Proactive approach to performance, taking ownership of outcomes.
