Working closely with key customer stakeholders, you will lead negotiations and Joint Business Planning discussions to drive mutually beneficial growth opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal teams including Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure plans are executed effectively and customer needs are met. In addition, you will continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity and shopper behaviour, using insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and support future business growth.About You:
You are an ambitious and commercially minded sales professional with experience managing customer relationships within an FMCG environment. You have a proven ability to build credibility with customers, influence stakeholders and deliver results through strong commercial thinking and effective negotiation.
You are comfortable working with data and translating insight into actionable recommendations that support business growth. Highly organised and results-focused, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively across multiple functions to achieve shared objectives.
Experience managing Aldi, Lidl or other major UK grocery customers would be advantageous, alongside experience developing Joint Business Plans, managing customer P&Ls and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
