Attendance Officer – Outstanding Secondary School – Camden (North London)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Attendance Officer to join an Outstanding secondary school in Camden. This is a key role within the school, supporting student engagement and ensuring excellent attendance across all year groups.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring attendance, analysing data and working closely with pastoral teams to support students and families. You will play an important role in identifying patterns of absence and implementing strategies to improve attendance outcomes.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability and a proactive approach.

Requirements:
• Experience in an administrative or school-based role
• Strong organisational and data skills
• Excellent communication skills
