Located in the heart of the City, Eataly London is a diverse, multi-outlet operation that harmoniously combines retail, restaurants, bars, and various other departments to create an exceptional guest experience. Position:

Earnings : £14.00 + service charge (up to £17.50h)

Location : London, EC2M 3YD

Contract type : Permanent, 40 hours per week, shifts falling between 6.30am and 10pm (set shifts or days off are not possible)

This position requires experience working as a pizza chef with a wood-fired oven, and with mixing and shaping fresh dough. As a Pizza Maker you will be part of a larger team and produce different styles of pizzas using high-quality products.

Requirements:

WE’RE LOOKING FOR…

• Experience making fresh pizzas including mixing, shaping, and proofing dough.
• Experience with either wood fired oven or electric oven.
• Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to work flexibly according to a rota that will cover mornings, evenings, and weekends.
