Full Time Keyholder- Luxury

Role: Key Holder

Location: West End, London

Salary: £34,000 + OTE

Hours: 40 hrs

Our client a Luxury menswear brand based in the West End of London is looking for a Full Time Key Holder. You will act as a senior member of the store team, supporting management in driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence. You will take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures and lead the team in the absence of management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example to deliver a world-class client experience in line with brand standards.

Support daily operations including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and security procedures.

Drive sales through exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and confident styling advice.

Support training and development of Sales Advisors to maintain high performance and service standards.

Assist with stock management, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory counts.

Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising consistently meet brand expectations.

Support management with administrative tasks, reporting, and communication between teams.

Uphold company policies, health and safety procedures, and maintain the integrity of the store environment.

Skills & Experience

Experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally in a supervisory or key holder role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to drive sales and deliver an elevated customer experience.

Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and organisation.
