Checkout.com seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will play a crucial role in the company’s growth and success by attracting and identifying top talent for our teams, globally.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for complex and business-critical hiring, demonstrating a superior ability to attract and secure top-tier talent. What You Will Be Doing:
Craft and implement innovative hiring strategies pivotal to the successful growth of our global teams.
Consistently deliver on challenging hiring roadmaps with high pace and quality for complex roles.
Leverage novel methods, innovative ideas, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and secure exceptional talent.
Cultivate and manage robust relationships with candidates and internal business partners, ensuring seamless processes and an unrivaled candidate experience.
Actively identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.
Utilize data to understand and address hiring challenges, contributing to informed decision-making within your scope.
Identify and actively participate in projects that benefit the wider Talent Acquisition team and business.
About You:
You are an experienced and impact-driven talent acquisition professional passionate about recruiting.
Extensive success managing complex, high-volume hiring across diverse functions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Thrives in startup/scale-up settings; possesses the agility to innovate within rapidly evolving landscapes.
Expertise in business partnership, advising Hiring Managers to become a trusted recruiting expert.
Superb skills—articulate, persuasive, and capable of building strong rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Expertly prioritizes, multi-tasks, and manages relationships to drive critical initiatives and optimal outcomes.
Uses strong analytical acumen and data to identify trends and communicate performance findings clearly.
Actively embraces AI and emerging technologies to automate workflows and enhance recruitment efficiency.
Driven by continuous learning and eager to achieve ambitious career growth in Talent Acquisition.
