Programmatic Operations Manager – Display & Mobile , Online Publisher
A leading UK media owner is seeking to hire a Programmatic Operations Manager to oversee its display and mobile programmatic ad stack.
This is a hands-on, senior operational role that sits at the intersection of ad technology (#adtech), revenue optimisation, SSP partnerships, and internal stakeholder management, with a strong focus on scaling and optimising Programmatic Display monetisation and growth.
Your main responsibilities for day-to-day running, optimisation and evolution of the programmatic ad stack, working closely with sales, technology, data and external partners to maximise revenue performance.
Key duties :
- Own and deliver the programmatic monetisation strategy
- Manage and optimise SSP relationships, bidding setups and auction dynamics
- Technical – Oversee the technical setup, testing and integration of 3rd party AdTech and Ad Products
- Project-manage new platform and product launches within the programmatic stack
- Troubleshoot delivery, monetisation and technical issues
- Monitor and optimise premium deals and PMP performance.
- Partner with Sales on campaign briefs
- Work closely with Analytics to improve reporting and performance visibility
- Be the SME and act as an internal advocate for programmatic & adtech products.
About you :
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Programmatic Ops/Campaign management
- Deep understanding of the RTB video ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with GAM and Adx
- Proven experience managing SSPs and programmatic integrations
- Commercially minded, with a focus on revenue growth and yield optimisation
- Confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, Product and Data
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
Up to £60k base + 35% bonus + benefits
