Social Media Manager

As Social Media Manager, you will own and deliver the social media strategy across all platforms, reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing. You’ll work across strategy, content creation, community engagement and analytics, collaborating with creative and influencer teams to elevate the brand’s digital footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Create and curate engaging content (captions, visuals, video) and manage the content calendar.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
• Oversee daily community engagement and foster a strong online community.
• Track and analyse performance data to optimise content and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with influencer marketing and brand teams to integrate campaigns effectively.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally within beauty or skincare.
• Passion for beauty, social trends and creative storytelling with a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to lead and execute social content across multiple channels.
• Understanding of social algorithms, SEO and copywriting; video editing or design skills desirable.
• Highly organised and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience managing social channels in North American markets is a plus.
