Senior Project Manager
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and external suppliers.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, addressing any concerns and incorporating feedback into project plans.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary to minimise impact.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance.
- Manage the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they are up to speed with project objectives and processes.
- Track project performance against key metrics and milestones.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders on non-roadmap requests/additional scope changes.
- Scope shaping and market research, initiation activities in setting and driving workshops and planning sessions
- Detailed project plan with key milestones, timelines and budget

- At least five years' experience of being a Project Manager within complex programmes
- Experience working with programme teams and technology specialists in the creation of digital consumer products (eg websites and apps).
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including creating detailed reports, and comprehensive documentation
- Proactive and comfortable working through ambiguity
- Ability to present a compelling narrative with data to influence stakeholders and implement change
