Male Nanny

Manny/PA role in 2 locations- Great Portland Street (for PA and admin work) and then in Hampstead in the family's home to look after 2 children with main focus on the 11 yo boy.

The family are looking for a kind, organised, and reliable manny/PA to support their two children, B 11 and G 6, in a long-term, full-time role. This is a primarily sole charge position (with some shared care) combining after-school childcare with PA and household support during the day while the children are at school.

The role is split across two locations, so the candidate must be comfortable moving between both: mornings (approx. 10:30am–3:00pm) are based in a beautiful, modern office near Great Portland Street, where you will assist with a mix of household and business-related PA duties — a great opportunity to build strong administrative skills. Afternoons and evenings (approx. 3:00pm–7:30pm) are based in Hampstead, focusing on the children, including school pick-ups (automatic car provided), taking them to activities, supporting homework, preparing healthy meals, organising routines, and planning fun, engaging activities. The family employ a full-time live in nanny/hk + a cleaner so it is important to be happy to work as part of a team.

The family are looking for someone warm, proactive, and highly organised, who genuinely enjoys working with this age group and can balance structure and boundaries with energy and fun. A sporty, outdoorsy nanny would be ideal, particularly someone happy to engage the children in active play.

The role also involves children’s laundry, keeping their areas tidy, running errands, and occasional pet care, so being dog-friendly is important. A confident driver is essential, along with previous experience, an up-to-date DBS, Paediatric First Aid, fluent English, and excellent references.

Some flexibility is required around school holidays, occasional weekends, and travel. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to become a valued, long-term part of a family while gaining additional PA experience.
