Candidate profile: In this role, you will craft persuasive, client-focused proposals that showcase CGI?s capabilities and shape the success of key pursuits. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts across the business, transforming complex information into clear, compelling content that strengthens our position in the market. Your work will help drive growth across our UK Government client portfolio, ensuring every submission reflects CGI?s standards, creativity, and commitment to long-term partnership. You will take ownership of content quality, explore new ways to enhance impact, and work within a supportive network of professionals who bring insight and guidance at every stage. Key responsibilities:
- Research, write and organise high-quality proposal content
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to extract key insights
- Interpret and articulate CGI?s products, services, IP and case studies
- Maintain consistency in tone, style and messaging across submissions
- Write, edit and refine proposals based on feedback and reviews
- Develop and update CGI marketing collateral
- Lead and enhance our web content
- Create and manage a content library for client proposals
- Previous experience writing compelling proposals
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound strategic planning capabilities
