Technical Account Manager (US, Remote)
About the Role
This is one of the highest-impact roles in our business, as our growth in the US market continues to accelerate.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the revenue performance, retention, and long-term success of a portfolio of strategic event organizer partners.
You’ll operate as a technical and strategic advisor, helping organizers grow their events, optimize operations, and extract maximum value from Let’s Do This. This includes shaping multi-quarter strategies, delivering data-driven insights, and influencing how leading events operate across the industry.
You will operate in an AI-first way, using AI tools to scale your impact, deliver deeper insights, and enable organisers to run more efficient, self-sufficient operations.
This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role — you’ll be expected to be able to troubleshoot, assess impact and importance in order to operate with urgency, and to build deep relationships and show up when it matters most (including onsite at events).
What You’ll Do
Own Commercial Performance & Retention
Own revenue performance across your portfolio (growth, retention, renewals)
Own and drive multi-quarter account strategies, aligned to partner goals and revenue outcomes
Maintain strong account health (OHS), renewal readiness, and long-term contracts
Identify and execute growth opportunities that drive measurable increases in partner performance
AI-First Account Management
Drive behavioral change in organizers, helping them transition from manual, LDT-supported workflows to AI-enabled, self-sufficient operating models
Use LDT’s internal AI tools alongside external tools to scale account management, generate insights, and prioritize actions
Deliver data-driven recommendations powered by AI (e.g. performance trends, conversion improvements, operational efficiencies)
Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI-enabled solutions
Operate with a mindset of “how do I 10x my impact using AI?”, not “how do I do more manually”
Strategic & Technical Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at event organizers
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve event performance
Guide organizers on best practices across registration, operations, and participant experience
Help partners design and implement AI-powered support models using LDT tooling
Guide organisers toward greater self-sufficiency through automation and AI
Industry Leadership & Relationship Building
Build deep expertise in the endurance event ecosystem
Represent Let’s Do This at industry events, conferences, and key partner moments
Develop strong external relationships and credibility across the market
Drive Product Adoption & Value
Ensure partners fully adopt and extract value from our platform
Identify opportunities for expansion (features, integrations, new use cases)
Translate partner needs into scalable product insights
Drive adoption of LDT’s AI-powered products and agents, ensuring partners fully leverage automation capabilities
Identify opportunities to improve performance through AI-led experimentation and optimization
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on real partner needs
Collaborate with Onboarding & Support to ensure seamless partner experience
Maintain clear internal visibility on account health and risks
Event & Onsite Presence
Travel to key events to support partners at critical moments; while this is fluid at this stage of our growth, expect a minimum of 5 weekends per year
Build trust through in-person engagement and hands-on support
Be present when it matters most — including weekends
About You
4+ years in Technical Account Management, Strategic CS, or similar roles
Proven experience owning revenue, retention, or expansion targets
Strong technical fluency (APIs, integrations, data flows)
Excellent stakeholder management (including C-level)
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure
Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools, automation, and data-driven workflows
Demonstrated ability to use technology to scale personal output and impact
Comfortable guiding non-technical stakeholders in adopting AI-powered solutions
You instinctively look for ways to replace manual effort with scalable, AI-driven solutions.
You are:
Commercially minded and results-driven
Credible, consultative, and liked and trusted by partners
Happy and confident working remotely but still building tight-knit and respected internal working relationships
Energized by high-growth environments and big challenges
Willing to go above and beyond to make partners successful Who We Are
Who We Are
Let's Do This is the online company that gets everyone together offline.
We exist to inspire people across the world to come together and experience moments that make them feel alive. We’re currently going after mass participation sports events (Marathons, Triathlons, 10Ks, 5Ks, swim races), where we’re proud to be the global leader.
We’re at a super exciting and rapid stage of our development. We now take over 2.5 million bookings every year, driving growth for our industry from large-scale races like the UK’s London Marathon Events and the Great North Run to hero races like the Hackney Half, Peachtree Road Race and the Honolulu Marathon, or grassroots races like those from RunThrough.
We’ve grown exponentially in the UK since our launch in 2017 and are now in the process of expanding within the US market with the same energy our brand represents. We’ve raised $90M to date and our investors also include Tier 1 VCs NFX, EQT, and legendary individuals like Serena Williams and Usain Bolt.
