Runner - OXO Brasserie

OXO Tower Brasserie is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Runner to join our vibrant front-of-house team on London’s South Bank. Set within the iconic OXO Tower with stunning views across the River Thames, OXO Brasserie is known for its lively atmosphere, modern brasserie-style dining, and seasonal menus. As a Runner, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring food is served efficiently and to the highest standards.

About the role...

• Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.

• Work closely with chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and waiting team to ensure orders are correct and delivered to the right tables.

• Support the team by assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean and organised dining environment.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring every dish is presented correctly before it reaches the guest.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.

• Stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.

• Show flexibility and a positive attitude, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
