Multi Drop 3.5T driver

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our team in the SE1 area. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is accustomed to high-volume deliveries, and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high number of drops across the South London area while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Drop Deliveries: Safely and efficiently complete over 70 drops per day across the South London area.
• Parcel Sortation: Organise and sort parcels to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service when delivering parcels, ensuring that all customer queries are addressed professionally.
• Vehicle Management: Ensure the vehicle is maintained and kept clean, checking it for any issues before and after routes.
• Time Management: Work efficiently to meet delivery deadlines while ensuring safety and accuracy
• Compliance: Adhere to all road traffic regulations and health & safety guidelines during deliveries.

Requirements:

• Experience: Must be experienced in making high-volume deliveries, with a proven track record of completing over 70 drops a day.
• Driving License: A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Route Knowledge: Familiarity with the South London area is an advantage, but not essential.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally in all interactions.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
