Teaching Assistant
Location: Rainham
Salary Scale: £85-£115
Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities: * As a Teaching Assistant you will assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide support to individual students or small groups based on their learning needs.
* As a Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
* Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies.
* As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment. Qualifications and Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
