Project: Grade II Listed Refurbishment
Tribuild is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious 40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London.
You'll have overall responsibility for project performance, providing leadership across construction, commercial, design and technical services teams.
The role requires a strong client–facing leader capable of driving programme, quality, safety and commercial performance while managing the complexities associated with a major listed–building refurbishment.
We're looking for an established Project Director with a strong track record delivering complex commercial refurbishment, fit–out or major construction projects in Central London.
Salary: 120k– 140k, dependent on experience.
