Treatment Coordinator - Join Our Expanding Team
Location: Romford
Employment Type: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Pay: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus (Total Compensation aligned with market rates)
We are a forward-thinking practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As we build out our team, we are looking for a confident and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to support our patients through their treatment journey and contribute to the growth of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans clearly and professionally to patients
- Build trust and rapport while guiding patients through decision-making
- Coordinate appointments and liaise with clinicians to ensure smooth delivery of care
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction
- Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional Saturdays
- A team player with a genuine passion for patient care
