Science Technician – Manage Chemical Stocks and Provide Expert Apparatus Preparation for KS4/5 Practicals – Ealing
A well-regarded secondary school in Ealing is recruiting an experienced and meticulous Science Technician to focus on the advanced preparation of KS4 and KS5 practical lessons from January 2026.
- Science Technician required from January 2026
- Ealing-based school with a large, high-performing Science faculty.
- Ideal for an organized individual with expertise in Chemistry and Physics prep .
You will be responsible for the efficient, safe, and accurate preparation of apparatus, chemicals, and solutions for practical lessons across all three sciences (especially Chemistry and Physics A-Level). Key duties include stock control, equipment maintenance, and adherence to CLEAPSS and COSHH guidelines.
Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant experience working as a Science Technician, with demonstrable focus on secondary school practicals.
- Strong knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe handling of chemicals.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- A qualification in a Science subject is desirable.
