Title: Oracle Cloud Programme Director

Role Overview:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major, enterprise-wide ERP (SaaS) programme for an international organisation
- Own the full lifecycle: business case, design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live stabilisation
- Deliver core ERP for Finance, HR & Procurement, with Phase 2 expansion into EPM and RPA/AI
- Ensure strong governance, value for money, and a smooth transition for users across the UK & Europe
- Drive ERP standardisation while integrating with complex, safety-critical legacy environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall programme leadership, governance, planning, budget control, and benefits realisation
- Manage system integrators, vendors, and internal teams; act as the commercial lead
- Define target operating models, integration strategy, and standardisation vs customisation decisions
- Lead change, adoption, training, deployment, cutover, and hypercare
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and Rail Operations
Skills & Experience:
- Proven delivery of large (£5m+) ERP programmes using Oracle Fusion or Workday
- Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in complex, regulated or safety-critical environments (aviation, rail, utilities)
- Deep expertise in programme governance, vendor management, and change management
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills across multinational teams
