You will be someone who:
- Has experience in a School Business Manager or similar leadership/administrative role
- Can confidently lead on financial management, budgeting and reporting
- Understands operational oversight such as HR, premises, compliance, health and safety and procurement
- Works strategically while maintaining strong day-to-day organisational systems
- Communicates effectively with staff, governors, parents and external partners
- Is proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and a commitment to the school’s values
