Job Title: Digital Learning Lead
Location: London, UK (flexible within Europe)
【About the Role】
As JD’s Digital Learning Lead, you’ll shape the future of learning by designing and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that empower our teams to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven retail environment. Reporting to the Head of Culture & Talent Development, you’ll own the end-to-end digital learning strategy, from curating AI-powered microlearning for global onboarding programs to professional development academies. By partnering with business leaders, you’ll ensure our platforms (LMS/LXP) drive measurable ROI, engagement, and skill mastery aligned with JD’s future talent needs and growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Innovation
Consult on business needs to develop a digital learning roadmap aligned with JD’s objectives e.g., tech-driven retail, supply chain efficiency.
Pilot emerging tech VR/AR, AI chatbots to enhance learning experiences.
Platform & Content
Manage LMS/LXP platforms e.g., Workday LMS and curate role-specific content e.g., commercial, warehouse ops and customer customer service digital academy content.
Design immersive and engaging microlearning modules and simulations tailored to JD’s needs.
Collaboration & Adoption
Partner with stakeholders, HRBP's and end-users to integrate tools with existing HR systems and tools.
Enable key stakeholders and teams on leveraging digital learning resources effectively.
Metrics & Impact
Track KPIs e.g., completion rates, skills application and report ROI to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:
6+ years in digital L&D, preferably in retail/tech.
Proficiency in LMS/LXP, authoring tools (Articulate), and data analytics.
Certifications such as CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP or Digital Learning Certifications (MITx MicroMasters in Digital Learning) are highly desirable.
Experience of working in Global/e-commerce or fast-paced scaling organisations, preferebaly in Tech, Retail or Logistics.
Experience with AI applications in learning, and building digital ecosystems in Workday LMS to personalize development is a plus.
