What We're Looking For

• QTS is highly desirable (QTLS or PGCE will also be considered).
• Enhanced DBS required.
• Strong classroom management and ability to build positive relationships.
• A commitment to inclusive education and supporting pupils with complex needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.
• Implement strategies to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with SEN specialists, support staff, and parents.
• Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches as needed.
