Van Driver
The Best Connection are currently recruiting temporary and ongoing Van Drivers for our busy client based in Rainham. We also have availability on other categories of vehicles including 7.5t C1, Cat C Class 2 and CE Class one HGV. Get in touch to find out about those roles as well.
This role will be a 7am start with a usual run time of 8 hours a day. They are looking for someone to either be working on an ongoing basis or to eventually join them on a permanent basis. On the job you will be tasked with van delivery and collection of specialist safety equipment to building sites and industrial areas in the local area. This can include breathing apparatus, gas detection alarms and general safety and rescue equipment. You will need to assist with the loading and unloading of this equipment but none of it is particularly heavy and help is often always available and on hand. Due to the nature of this equipment and the necessity of it arriving at the site on time and in good working order, the company are looking for someone steady and reliable. Pay rate is £12 per hour, weekly pay every Friday (PAYE) Duties include: Carrying out deliveries to various outletsMulti drop around London/Essex

Getting paperwork signed off at each drop
Due care and diligence on the road The ideal candidate: Multi drop experience is required for this role
