School Administrator - Wembley
We are seeking an organised, efficient, and proactive School Administrator to join a busy primary school in Wembley, starting ASAP. This is an essential role that ensures the smooth running of the school office and supports staff, pupils, and parents effectively.
The school has a welcoming, inclusive ethos, and the administration team plays a central role in its daily operations. As School Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, helping the school operate efficiently and supporting the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general school administration including filing, data entry, and record keeping
Support communication with parents, staff, and external partners
Maintain accurate pupil records and assist with reporting processes
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events
Answer telephone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and professionally
Support the school leadership team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and school policies
Assist with pupil attendance records and daily registers
Prepare documents, letters, and reports as required
Maintain an organised, welcoming, and efficient office environment

Have experience in school or office administration

Be proficient in Microsoft Office and school management systems
