Become a vital part of a team that keeps the UK moving! As a Roadside Technician, you will leverage your Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience to provide exceptional roadside assistance.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: A base salary of £41,600 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable) with a realistic OTE of £66,000. Top performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
• Flexible Work Schedule: Start and finish your shifts from your driveway, averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Roadside Technician, you will:

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repairs and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
• Ensure outstanding member service while working independently.

What You’ll Need:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.

Working Conditions:

You will start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside. We provide you with your own van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit from day one.
