Job Title: Senior Performance Coach

Location: Central London (New Site)

About the role:

We’re launching an exciting new active space for a major global tech client, the world’s most widely used search platform, and we’re looking for a standout Senior Performance Coach to bring it to life. You’ll lead day‑to‑day operations of the onsite fitness spaces, deliver energising in‑person and virtual classes, run inductions, create impactful fitness programmes, and ensure smooth, high‑quality space management. Working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, you’ll play a key role in driving Westfield Health’s internal wellbeing strategy, acting as an inspiring wellbeing ambassador and a catalyst for positive change across the organisation.

Your responsibilities:

• Support local senior management with day‑to‑day Active Space operations, including scheduling, appearance, team coordination and operational checks.

• Deliver high‑quality coaching across 1:1, small group and group sessions to enhance client employee engagement.

• Conduct regular health & safety and equipment checks to maintain a safe, compliant and client‑ready environment.

• Champion and deliver wellbeing initiatives through Westfield Health programmes aligned to client wellbeing goals.

• Lead orientations and consultations to drive user engagement and broaden reach beyond core coaching services.

• Track, analyse and report utilisation metrics, including attendance, engagement levels and outreach performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training, workshops and wellbeing/L&D initiatives that support client outcomes.

• Support project coordination and build strong relationships with managers, employees and stakeholders to enhance service impact.

What you’ll bring:

• Hold an industry‑recognised qualification such as Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training/Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.

• Proven ability to work independently to identify training needs and deliver effective wellbeing interventions.

• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams.

• Expertise in delivering group coaching sessions with a focus on technique and progression.

• Strong analytical and presentation skills to support data‑driven wellbeing delivery.

• Self‑starter with excellent planning, organisation and project coordination abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent computer skills, including Chrome OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
