On the Consulting Graduate Programme , you’ll gain the skills to transform businesses across people, processes, and technology. What you’ll be doing
- Join project teams to help clients address their most significant business challenges.
- Build trust-based relationships within client organisations.
- Work on complex problems spanning people, processes, and technology.
- Gain early responsibility, developing your skills through interesting and varied assignments.
- Learn about business issues and industry-specific technologies to deliver tailored solutions.
Who we’re looking for
- Graduates with or working towards a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (achieved or predicted).
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, driven, and collaborative team players with a growth mindset.
- Naturally curious about business and technology, with the ability to adapt quickly.
Where you’ll be based
- Assigned office will be Edinburgh, London, or Manchester .
- Expected to be in-person at least 3 days per week , either at client sites or your assigned office.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK as client projects require.
