A leading Independent School in Bromley seeks a creative and innovative Design Technology Teacher to join our well-resourced department. We are looking for an inspiring educator who can foster students' design thinking, practical skills, and understanding of technological processes.

About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Design Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering areas such as product design, resistant materials, electronics, and computer-aided design.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that encourage students to explore design briefs, experiment with materials, and utilize modern manufacturing techniques.
- Assess student progress through project work, design portfolios, and practical assessments, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the design technology curriculum and participate in extracurricular design clubs and competitions.
- Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Design Technology or a related field.
- A strong understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and current technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and experience with workshop equipment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for inspiring students to become creative and innovative designers.
