Senior/Lead Product Analyst

At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.

We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.

After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join us! We are a global small team of 40 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.

In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.

Your days will be filled with:

• Hacking growth (activation funnel analysis: from UA to Subscription)
• Metrics, dashboards, A/B tests
• Generating actionable insights to boost the OMTM Pyramid
• Help the product teams design, run, and analyze experiments to optimize for key metrics
• Conduct thorough data research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
• Making sure the data is clean and all new launches are well-covered with events
• Own the list of events, their parameters, and quality, ensuring comprehensive and accurate tracking

You would be a great fit for the role if:

• Sufficient hands-on experience in optimizing consumer app metrics
• Product-related experience required
• High level of proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization
• Strong experience with A/B testing and experimental design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, high energy, proactivity, and willingness to work hard
• Ability to make assumptions and generate actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
