The school is situated on a spacious and well-maintained site with excellent sports and academic facilities. The site team plays an essential role in ensuring the school environment is clean, safe, and fully operational for students and staff.
The Role
• Assist with the opening and closing of the school premises.
• Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and basic DIY tasks.
• Conduct regular site checks, ensuring all areas are safe and hazard-free.
• Support with security, including alarm systems and access control.
• Oversee contractors and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas and ensure facilities are ready for daily use.
Requirements
• Previous caretaking, facilities, or maintenance experience.
• Good practical skills and the ability to carry out basic repairs.
• Strong reliability, initiative, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety and safeguarding procedures.
