We are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Hounslow that is seeking a dynamic KS2 Teacher to join their enthusiastic team on a part-time basis (4 days a week) , starting after the October half-term . KS2 Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for KS2 students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting learning targets.
- Implement teaching strategies that meet the needs of a diverse classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and whole-school activities.
KS2 Teacher Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching KS2 in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative working.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching in a team environment.
