The Opportunity: Graduate SEN Support Assistant –
- Position: Graduate SEN Support Assistant
- Location: Notting Hill, West London
- Start Date: September 2025
- Contract: Full-time, term-time only
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Duration: Until July 2026 (with potential extension)
- Pay: Up to £540/week (depending on experience)
Your Responsibilities: Graduate SEN Support Assistant –
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH , and learning differences
- Assisting teachers with differentiated classroom activities
- Supporting small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and emotional development
- Working alongside the SENCO and pastoral team to monitor progress and set goals
- Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
We’re Looking For: Graduate SEN Support Assistant –
- A graduate with a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or related subject
- A natural communicator with compassion, patience , and emotional intelligence
- Experience working with children/young people (e.g. mentoring, volunteering, tutoring)
- A team-oriented individual who’s eager to learn and contribute
- Resilience, positivity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
