We’re looking for a Technical Services Manager who loves that level of detail. Someone who can guide the MEP journey from first sketch to final sign-off, weaving technical excellence into some of London’s most beautiful boutique workplaces.

What You’ll Do

Own MEP delivery across premium Cat B projects from £1M–£8M.

Collaborate with designers, PMs, and site teams to ensure services integrate seamlessly into high-end interiors.

Drive quality, compliance, and flawless execution on every job.

Lead subcontractor management, from tendering to final commissioning.

Troubleshoot with creativity, precision, and style.

What You’ll Bring

A proven track record in commercial fit-out, ideally high-end Cat B.

Strong MEP expertise from main contractor, D&B, or consultancy background.

An obsession with detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.

Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and demanding clients.
