(Senior) Manager - FIS Integrity CoE
Join our growing team as a (Senior) Manager - FIS Integrity CoE , working remotely or hybrid anywhere in Europe or the UK , ideally from one of our existing office locations.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of the FIS Integrity Treasury Management System and help establish and grow our Center of Excellence (CoE) for the FIS Integrity product across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine technical treasury expertise with leadership and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FIS Integrity TMS implementation projects across Europe.
- Advise clients on treasury technology strategy, vendor selection, solution design, and optimization.
- Build and help grow a CoE for FIS Integrity, including developing best practices, internal training, and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a technical and strategic lead on treasury technology engagements with blue-chip clients.
- Manage and coach a diverse team of consultants and analysts.
- Identify new business and project expansion opportunities, support RFPs, deliver presentations, and engage in networking.
- Proactively monitor and share market and product innovations in treasury technology.
- Facilitate internal and external knowledge sessions such as workshops, boot camps, or training seminars.
Ideal Profile
- Expertise :
- Proven implementation experience with FIS Integrity TMS.
- Solid understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), along with general corporate treasury operations—payment factories, in-house banking, bank connectivity, SWIFT, etc.
- Familiarity with other TMS platforms (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, IT2, FIS Quantum) is a plus.
- Professional Experience :
- Minimum 5 years in corporate treasury, treasury consulting, or treasury technology roles.
- Hands-on experience working in and across European markets.
- Prior involvement in setting up Centers of Excellence or specialized service lines is advantageous.
- Leadership & Growth Mindset :
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a strong interest in growing the business and expanding service lines.
- Qualifications & Traits :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (finance, business, technology, or related field).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as needed.
- Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
