Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status changes. 📊
Post job openings on various platforms, ensuring alignment with our employment brand.
Communicate professionally with candidates and managers, providing timely updates and feedback. 📬
Support onboarding activities by preparing offer letters and coordinating pre-employment checks.
Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline health.
Help organise recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives. 🎉
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws. ⚖️Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in recruitment coordination or HR support.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
Strong organisational and time-management skills. ⏰
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practises.
